Kinza Win has over 25 years of combined multisector-sector experience from the finance, development and philanthropy sectors.

She has worked as private banker and financial advisor as well as headed the Financial Intermediaries business in Swiss based private banks and established one of the first Philanthropy departments within a Bank in Switzerland.

From 2018 to 2019 she worked in the Philanthropy department of the Banque Lombard Odier contributing towards the structuring of the first Humanitarian Impact Bond which raised CHF 26 million to finance the building of 3 physical rehabilitation centres for the ICRC.

In 2019 she founded WIN Advisors, an independent Philanthropy Advisory firm, advising private & institutional philanthropies, NGOs and Social enterprises on how to support and partner towards the financing of initiatives linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The organization also supports and advises students and young professionals in understanding the needs and cross-sector career opportunities to contribute towards achieving sustainable positive impact in alignment with the UN SDGs.

As a senior advisor, Kinza dedicates her cross-sector expertise to identifying and nurturing dialogue and impact driven collaborations and partnerships between the finance sector and investment world with sustainable impact driven organisations from Social Enterprises to non-profit organizations as well as private Philanthropists and Foundations.

Kinza has a bachelor’s in business management from the Geneva Ecole Superieur de Management and Masters in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Geneva School or Diplomacy and International Relations and is certified as an Expert in Micro Finance, SME Finance and Micro Insurance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. She also serves as a senior board member to a Human Rights organization.
