Matthieu Loeffler

Matthieu is a Junior Consultant at Trustworks. He supports the CEO and Senior Advisors on initiatives to promote sustainable peace in fragile and conflict-affected setting (FCS). He has almost 2 years of experience working in the private sector in the field of business consulting.

Matthieu started his career in 2020 as an intern at Steinbeis Europa Zentrum, which assists companies, but also universities and research institutes in innovation management and obtaining European funding. Matthieu then joined the strategy consulting firm Courcelles Conseil in Paris where he participated in management projects for institutional investors. He took part in the development of new projects focused on sustainability and particularly on the reduction of CO2 emissions. In 2021, Matthieu also volunteered in Togo as part of a mission to develop an agro-food production chain employing isolated women in the region of Kpalimé.

Matthieu recently graduated from Emlyon Business School with a Master’s degree in Management. He focused his studies on corporate strategy and corporate finance. Matthieu then joined Columbia University in New York to study conflict prevention and resolution, sovereign risk and global governance.
